What would i achieve if i was the best version of myself?

It all begins with an idea..the reason you’re here. Everyone’s is different, yet still reaching for the same thing..to be better in some capacity. Better health, better employee, better partner. How we get there will be different, but the same. To look within and trust ourselves that we have all of the power and relinquishing control of outside factors affecting our life. We are now the drivers of the bus.

We all set goals, yet here we are..still trying to achieve them, which in turn causes us to change the goals. Thinking they may be too hard, it isn’t the right time, etc. But why not change how we actually go about setting the goal itself?

With the Embodied Process, we first change how we actually complete our actions, address barriers, take accountability, and become really clear on what it is we want. Like super clear, and then we can really move forward with what it is we are looking to attain.

We have to visualize it first, and embody all aspects of what that would actually look and feel like. From the second you wake up until you go to bed, how would it feel?
